Brief description of the Project
The purpose of this study is to determine performances of sections of Tripoli International Road (TIAR) corridor for the current Year 2010 that will be used as the basis for the future condition (Year 2030) in the City of Tripoli, Libya.
Tripoli International Road (TAIR) connects the Airport with the downtown.
The future condition includes the construction of the tunnel that will connect traffic flows going from the suburbs to the downtown, which will significantly reduce traffic load within the analysed portion of the corridor and improve its performances.
